Tiffany Grant King | Global Program Manager
Global Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, HP Inc.

Tiffany Grant King is the Global Diverse Talent Attraction and Partnership Program Manager for HP’s Global Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion team. In her role, she is building new and innovative ways to broaden HP’s reach to attract, retain and promote high caliber diverse talent, partnering across HR, businesses and functions to enhance recruitment strategies and help build sustainable pipelines at colleges and universities along with retention improvements.

Prior to joining HP, Tiffany was the managing director of TEGrant Consulting for 8 years, where she worked with businesses and organizations to design STEM pathway initiatives in K-12 and higher education. She previously spent 14 years addressing challenges to optimize processes in manufacturing and product and packaging development in automotive, pharmaceutical, paper manufacturing, and consumer products/goods industries as a mechanical engineer.

Understanding the influence of organizations like the National Society of Black Engineers and programs like the University of Tennessee’s Minority Engineering Scholarship Program in her own life, Tiffany enjoys creating and promoting opportunities that transform the lives of the next generation in Oakland and beyond and serving as the Community Connection Leader at her church – Memorial Tabernacle Church, where her husband is the Senior Pastor.

Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. She is originally from Sumter, South Carolina and lives in Oakland, California.
