Please take the following five steps to #ListenToSurvivors in our state
STEP 1
Please sign this request for VETO of SB357 addressed to Governor Newsome.
STEP 2
Contact your Senators and Assembly Members to express your concerns for survivors, thank those who voted against the bill, and ask those who voted for the bill to reconsider based on the talking points.
Send them links to the Oppose SB357 Survivor Press Conference held at the state capital (79) Sex Trafficking Survivors Speak Out Against Bill to Legalize Loitering for Prostitution, SB 357 - YouTube and a recent conference held by Survivors Leaders on full decriminalization which is where we are headed if this bill passes.
Can Sex Work Really Work?

STEP 4
Make your community and allies aware of how they can raise concerns about the bill and advocate for survivors.
STEP 5
Encourage Survivors in your community to speak out on this issue. Support survivor voice and safety!
