Vanessa Russell, Love Never Fails Founding Executive Director, will discuss the difference between sexual coercion and consent in everyday relationships as well as human trafficking.
After the workshop, participants will be able to:
Identify the difference between consent and coercion in everyday relationships
Identify the ways coercion is used to recruit victims of human trafficking
Identify the ways the community is vulnerable to coercion
Provide resources to attendees that can assist if someone believes they are being exploited or coerced into sex
